The Process
As we begin this season of pastoral transition, we want our church family to know that this process will be handled with prayer, intentionality, and trust in the Lord. Spotswood’s Constitution and Bylaws provide the framework for how this process works—from the formation of the pastor search team to the presentation of a candidate for church affirmation. We are committed to following that process carefully and communicating clearly along the way as we seek God’s wisdom for the next chapter in the life of our church.
