Audio

soundboard Opportunities to serve include the set up, maintenance and operation of the sound board and related equipment within the facility. The sound system is used in every worship service as well as special functions and productions. Requires training before operators can run the audio equipment.

Multimedia

Computer based projection system that incorporates programs such as Media Shout and PowerPoint allow lyrics, videos, and other content to be display during worship. Volunteers operate the system during all worship services and special programs. Training is available and testing is required before commitment can be made.

Computers

This ministry is responsible for purchasing and maintaining the computer equipment that is used for the church's daily business. Includes network, Internet access, web site design and troubleshooting type work. This ministry is only open to qualified volunteers who already have a thorough knowledge of computer systems.

Lights

Theatrical lighting exists in Spotswood's auditorium. This ministry is responsible for set up and operation of lights during worship services but more extensively during drama productions and special events. Volunteers will need training prior to commitment.

CD Ministry

Every sermon at Spotswood is recorded. Order forms are available in the hallway near the receptionist office. CD are a $1 each. But why wait to order, you can listen now! Click here to access the audio library.

Video

This is a new ministry that is continuing to expand as we acquire more equipment. We need people to record and operate cameras. The focus is on recording special programs and live projections. Photographers are desperately needed, video experience is not required. Other volunteers needed include director, switcher, camera operators and editors.
